Ai With Zargham is an online training service operated from Pakistan, teaching YouTube automation and related skills. In these terms, "we" and "us" means Ai With Zargham, and "you" means the person who creates an account or enrols.

You must be at least 18 years old to buy a course on your own. If you are younger, a parent or guardian must create the account and pay on your behalf.

Give accurate details when signing up. You are responsible for keeping your password private, and for everything that happens under your account.

Course fee for Batch 7 is Rs. 25,000, paid in full before access is given. Payment is made through the methods shown on our pricing section, after which we issue you a coupon code.

Redeem the coupon inside your dashboard to unlock the batch. Coupon codes are tied to one email address, can be used only once, and may expire if unused. If a code does not work, contact us on WhatsApp with your payment screenshot.

Your enrolment is a personal licence for you alone. Sharing your login with anyone else, including family or friends, is not allowed.

To keep this fair for paying students, an account can be signed in on one device at a time. Logging in somewhere new signs you out of the old device. If you genuinely change your phone or laptop, message us and we will reset it for you.

All videos, scripts, templates, checklists and quizzes remain our property. You may use them for your own learning and your own channels.

You may not download, record, re-upload, resell, translate, or share the course material publicly or privately, and you may not use it to teach a paid course of your own. Screen recording or redistributing videos is a serious breach and will end your access without refund.

We promise to deliver the lessons, resources and support described on the sales page, and to keep the platform reasonably available.

We do not promise any specific income, number of views, subscribers, or AdSense approval. Results depend on your own effort, niche, consistency and factors outside anyone's control, including YouTube's own policies, which can change at any time. Nothing in this course is financial advice.

Unless stated otherwise on the pricing section, your access to the batch you paid for does not expire, and includes updates we make to that same batch. Access is subject to these terms and to the platform continuing to operate.

A certificate of completion is issued when you finish the lessons and pass the quizzes at the required percentage. It records your participation in our training. It is not a degree, a government qualification, or an accredited award.

We may suspend or close an account that shares logins, pirates course material, abuses staff or other students, or attempts to break the platform's security. In cases of piracy or abuse no refund is given.

Refunds are handled separately in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as the course grows. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Pakistan.
