This policy explains what information Ai With Zargham collects when you use the website, why we need it, who else can see it, and how you can get it removed.
1. Information you give us
When you sign up we collect your name, email address and WhatsApp number. When you pay, we receive your payment screenshot and reference number so we can match it to your enrolment. If you contact support, we keep that conversation.
2. Information collected automatically
To protect paid content from account sharing, we record your login history: IP address, approximate city and country, browser and device details, and a device identifier. We also store your lesson progress, watch position, quiz attempts and scores so you can continue where you left off and receive a certificate.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to create and secure your account, unlock the batch you paid for, track your progress, issue certificates, detect shared logins, answer your support messages, and improve which lessons need work. We may email you about your enrolment and course updates.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
4. Services that process data for us
We rely on a small number of trusted providers: Supabase for the database and authentication, Vercel for hosting, Bunny.net for video delivery, Resend for sending account emails, and WhatsApp for support conversations. Each of them processes only what is needed to run the service, under their own privacy terms. Some of them store data on servers outside Pakistan.
5. Payment information
Payments are made directly through your own bank or wallet app. We never see or store your card number, PIN, or account password — only the transaction reference and screenshot you send us as proof.
6. How long we keep it
Account and enrolment records are kept while your account is open, and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute purposes. Login and security logs are kept for a limited period only.
7. Your choices
You can view and update your name, WhatsApp number and photo from your profile page. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing support@aiwithzargham.com.
Deleting your account also removes your access to the course, and we cannot restore progress or certificates afterwards.
8. Cookies
We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Blocking cookies in your browser will stop you from being able to log in.
9. Security
Access to student data is restricted, passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider, and traffic is encrypted. No system is completely immune to attack, so if a breach ever affects your information we will inform you.
10. Children
This course is intended for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian, and we do not knowingly collect information from young children. If you believe a child has signed up without permission, contact us and we will remove the account.
11. Updates
If this policy changes, the date at the top will be updated. Significant changes will also be announced inside your dashboard.
